SciFi is and will always be my first love.

I originally started reading SciFi at a young age. My parents and partners were pretty frustrated with my collection of Paperbacks packed and repacked into numerous cardboard boxes. I read each one at least three or four times. Times were hard and I couldn't afford to buy another just like that. The local library only stocked the classics so that would not be on my radar for long.

Skip forward to the early days of the Internet. Several nefarious sources provided the ability to download text files. Then I would print them out on continuous paper to devour at my leisure.

Since then I have had various iterations of electronic reading devices, finally deciding on the Kindle format as my go-to for reading material. [Legally now - I will have to say.]
